The Pampering Place requests that you begin your services at the appointed time and not arrive early since we do not provide a waiting room so as to keep to our unique service of only seeing one client at a time; or mother/daughter, husband/wife, partner/friend. This makes your day one of extreme pampering and total well-being.

If you must cancel, please telephone the spa at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We will be happy to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment if you call during business hours. If you wait until the day of your appointment to cancel your reservation we reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of any reserved service. If you do not phone to cancel and do not show up to your appointment, The Pampering Place reserves the right to charge 100% of the cost of services reserved. At the time you make your appointment with us, we will ask for your credit card information or applicable gift certificates information to secure your appointment. This number will be used in the event that a late cancellation or no-show charge is warranted.

The Pampering Place gift certificates may not be used for tipping, services only please!
